As Biocity Global, we aim to:
Provide expert management of maintenance contracts in collaboration with leading global partners such as BD, BM, IPA, Applied Biosystems, Thermo Fisher, and Biocity Global network to ensure reliable and efficient laboratory operations.
Deliver technical input and coordination for pooled procurement and single-purchase strategies, leveraging Biocity Global’s network of technical expertise in supply chain solutions to enhance cost efficiency and timely availability.
Implement targeted training and refresher programs for technical personnel, supported by Biocity Global’s training resources, to maintain operational excellence and sustainability.
Act as an LMIC regional hub with a pool of skilled Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in AMR surveillance, complemented by Biocity Global’s global network for localized technical support.
Use digital systems, including Biocity Global’s logistics innovations, to guarantee timely distribution of reagents, supplies, and equipment.
Deploy advanced digital platforms to track receipt, inventory, maintenance, and deployment of donated equipment, maximizing utilization and sustainability.
Bridge governments, AMR partners, and Biocity Global to foster collaboration and alignment for stronger health systems.
